Dr. Gregory Mesner had the honor of presenting a lecture at UEES Clinic – Teaching Hospital in Guayaquil, Ecuador, titled “Overview of Atherectomy Devices in Management of Complex Peripheral Arterial Disease.” The event brought together physicians, specialists, and medical students interested in the latest advancements in the treatment of Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD).

During the session, Dr. Mesner shared insights from his extensive experience of more than 9,000 endovascular interventions since 2004, focusing on minimally invasive techniques and the evolving role of atherectomy devices in complex vascular cases.

Following the conference, several students expressed strong interest in participating in this educational program, highlighting the growing enthusiasm for vascular innovation and professional development in the region.
